There is always a way to get involved that fits around your life, and every contribution — large or small — directly strengthens what we are able to offer to Kilmarnock's older adults.
Vibrant Health Advocates - Polaris runs because of the people who give their time, their skills, and their support to make it possible. Whether you want to walk with us, volunteer as a walk leader, make a donation, or explore a partnership between your organisation and ours, we would love to hear from you.
There is always a way to get involved that fits around your life, and every contribution — large or small — directly strengthens what we are able to offer to Kilmarnock's older adults. Our volunteers consistently tell us that leading walks for Polaris is one of the most rewarding things they do each week. Come and see why.
If you are fifty or over and live in or around Kilmarnock, you are welcome to come along to any of our walks — no referral needed, no fitness test, no commitment required beyond turning up. Get in touch and we will tell you exactly where to meet, what to wear, and what to expect.

Explore partnership'I think what I needed most was not really the walking. It was to feel like I was still part of something. When Robert was alive we were always out together, always doing things. And then suddenly I was not. The group gave me somewhere to belong again.'
