Making a referral?

We accept referrals from GP practices, community link workers, community nurses, hospital discharge teams, and other health and care professionals across East Ayrshire. Please use the contact form and select Health / professional referral from the dropdown, or email Elaine directly. We will respond within two working days with information about available walk places and onboarding.

Our walks take place at three main locations across Kilmarnock and East Ayrshire. If you are unsure which walk is right for you, get in touch and we will help you find the best fit.
